"if you're angry, yell at God. if you're sad, cry to God. if you're frustrated . . . well, i don't think He's as offended by swearing as most Christians are.
I tend to be a fan of the "f" word when I am really frustrated...the "s" word is regular vocab. for me. God can handle so much more than we can...he knows that the words are just a cry from our hearts.
